    Through journal writing you will cultivate a healing path by:

    • creating sacred space, time, and tools for you to journal,

    • practicing self reflection, contemplation, and inner belonging

    • opening to, and connecting with your higher guidance,

    • building a relationship to, and understanding of your dreams,

    • developing symbolic insight and connections,

    • anchoring personal learnings at a deep level and,

    • nurturing your creativity.

  • Who

    Teresa Proudlove is a lifelong journal writer who wants to share the immeasurable value and healing power of journaling. She is a writer (began the Armstrong Writer's Group), and a past instructor at Okanagan College (almost 30 years), columnist, website owner, & businesswoman. All her life, Teresa has followed a deep calling to know herself and her Guidance. She loves facilitating learning, journaling, reading, nature, family, life, and to write.

Discover foraging in the wild!

  • You will connect more deeply to your creativity & writing in a supportive setting through writing prompts, reflection, & games.

  • You will deepen your intimacy with the forest and your own wild writer through foraging for and identifying wild plants.

 Start Date:  September 14th                 End Date:  October 5th

Time: 4-6pm                                          Price: $80 (4 Sessions)

Location: 4528 Sleepy Hollow Road, Spallumcheen, B.C.

Ages: need to be able to read and write (9 years old +)

Bring: pen/paper, drinking water & suitable clothes/footwear for outdoors
